Part 2

This will share will a pro on that thought of “Everything in Moderation”. Last week was our first pro on this topic and here is the second pro.   Is it healthy?   Should we think this way?

Is it healthy?   Should we think this way? Is it ok for us to enjoy those yummy foods every once in a while in moderation?

I know I say this all the time even when I know I have crossed over the boundaries I have set, or should set, for myself.  I think there are pros and there are cons.  Today we talk about a pro!  Join the entire series here
