I have seen results mostly in my waist area. The first two was my first round of doing PiYo my first Beachbody workout. Then the last one was me doing two rounds of PiYo and just doing the nutrition portion of the 21 day fix. My first round I lost 5 pounds and 5 inches. I would have to say that the best results I got from doing this everyday. Being an engineer and always on the go I never was able to go to the gym. I love the fact I am able to get my workout in get out in 20-40 min. I have hypoglycemia (pre diabetic) and what is so great is I get regulate my glucose levels and eat whatever I want using the 21 day fist portion control containers and do both workout.
During this journey I was also planning a destination wedding, in a long distance relationship with my fiancé, traveled by a lot and got moved to New York to work in construction. Regardless I was able to workout every since day minus my rest day. The Beachbody at home workouts were the only things that were keeping me sane plus helping me prepare for my wedding. Did I mention that I was not able to fit into my wedding dress? Yep and the challenge was on and thankfully God willing I managed to lose the weight I needed and was able to fit in my dress like a glove. It was the perfect day.
So overall my workout from home is the only way for me to get my workout in, save money on gas and gym memberships which I have none of anymore. I use to be and was spending $700/ month on groupons, hot yoga classes, pilates reformer classes and eating out since I was always getting home late. Not anymore. I’m cooking at home now thanks to my fixate book The best $60 I ever spent when I started.
I’m now doing Cize so I can’t wait to see the results from all these great moves.
Since I started I have lost about 10-15 pounds and lost 2 dress sizes.
